Utah Transit Authority does not Care about their Customer Services

  Today I called about 2:40 P.M. too Schedule a Paratransit Pick-Ups for tomorrow I was told they were in a Staff Meeting I had everything ready so I could write down the times of my Pick-Ups. My first question was what Customer Service that right do not care. Then I remember back before my accident I worked at a Health Club the only time we could a Staff Meeting 8:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. once a month.

  Come August 7, 2011 I and many other Individuals will lose there Freedom UTA is Canceling a lot of Bus Routes.
